Why KaiSignals Exists
Agent readiness partner for operators who want automation without losing control.
KaiSignals was created after leading digital marketing, planning, and data science inside complex environments where decisions carry real commercial risk.
Across consulting, enterprise marketing, and platform partnerships, one pattern repeated.
Teams were not failing because they lacked tools.
They were failing because they lacked signal, structure, and decision control.
Agentic systems amplify whatever foundations already exist.
KaiSignals exists to ensure those foundations are deliberate, governed, and worth amplifying.
Operating Principles
- •Readiness before automation
- •Ownership before optimisation
- •Systems over tools
- •Decisions before dashboards
- •Human control always available
These principles govern all work.
They are not optional.
Kumar
Founder, KaiSignals
Former Head of Digital Marketing, Planning & Data Science
Kumar is a marketing leader and capital allocation strategist with 15 years of experience across consulting, econometrics, and enterprise-scale digital investment.
He began his career in analytics and consulting, advising brands across financial services, retail, and telecommunications on econometric modelling, measurement design, and commercial optimisation. His work focused on aligning marketing performance with financial decision-making frameworks.
At Sky, he led Digital Marketing Planning and Data Science, overseeing more than £70m in annual digital media investment across multiple product lines. He integrated experimentation, marketing mix modelling, and platform optimisation into a unified capital allocation framework that strengthened incrementality discipline, improved marginal return visibility, and accelerated in-quarter decision-making.
His work included large-scale AI-driven planning consolidation, privacy-first targeting transformation, and the design of investment scaling frameworks aligned to financial constraints and expected value discipline.
Kumar founded KaiSignals to formalise the governance principles required to manage marketing capital in increasingly automated environments — ensuring automation compounds structural growth rather than amplifying short-term distortion.
